I release Stacy Schrofer and/or Mama Schrof’s Raw Diet from all liability. I have chosen the product(s) that I have purchased for my pets diet. The diet, treats and/or supplements I choose to feed my animal were chosen by me and Stacy Schrofer and/or Mama Schrof’s Raw Diet is released of all liability if there are any issues that arise from the diet I have chosen to feed my animal. I also acknowledge that Mama Schrof’s Raw Diet is not responsible for this product after it leaves their premises or their possession.
By accepting the products ordered it is acknowledgement that they are in acceptable condition; frozen, refrigerated or whatever is appropriate for the product.

Mama Schrof’s reserves the right to refuse service to any dog that is deemed by Mama Schrof’s as aggressive or displays the potential to bite, cause fear or harm to people or dogs.
Perishable items (frozen or refrigerated) will not be shipped. Dry goods and supplements are available to be shipped. The shipping charge quoted on the checkout page is an estimate; After receipt of your order you will be contacted with the actual shipping charges for your order and you may then decide if you would like to proceed with your order or cancel. All supplements and dry goods are shipped Priority Mail with tracking.
Due to the perishable nature of the items sold, returns and/or exchanges are not allowed.
All items are sold strictly as pet food and are not for human consumption. Every item sold is for intermittent feeding/supplemeting only and is not intended as a complete diet.
It is expected that you arrive at the time you are scheduled for (slightly before is alright too) for your pick up. All pick ups ar by appointment only.
If anyone is 15 minutes or more late for their scheduled pick up then their appointment will be cancelled and the pick up will need to be rescheduled. There will be a $30 restocking fee as I will need to unpack the boxes and put everything back in the freezers. I ask that if you are 15 minutes or more late that you do not show up because you will be infringing on my next customers time.
The procedure to reschedule is to email or text me to schedule another pick up time. In most cases it will be 48 hours before the appointment time will be rescheduled.
The restocking fee will be added to your order.
If this occurs 3 times in a calendar year then it will be in the best interest of all parties to cease the business relationship and Mama Schrof’s reserves the right to cease doing business with anyone that has had 3 occurrences in a calendar year.
If you have to cancel a pick up appointment it must be cancelled at a minimum of 2 hours before your scheduled appointment time or there will be a $30.00 late cancellation fee charged.
